30-Minute Cinematic Dance Instruction Exercise
This cinematic dance instruction exercise is designed to engage participants in a creative and expressive dance routine that incorporates storytelling elements. The exercise is divided into three main sections: Warm-Up, Core Dance Routine, and Cool Down.
1. Warm-Up (5 Minutes)
Dynamic Stretching (2 minutes): Begin with dynamic stretches to loosen the body. Include arm circles, leg swings, and torso twists.
Isolation Movements (3 minutes): Focus on isolating different body parts. Start with the head, shoulders, ribs, and hips. Encourage participants to explore fluid movements in each area.
