Terms and Conditions

Conditions: All orders are subject to acceptance by Head Office. A deposit of 30% of the order is required, along with a written confirmation.

Shipments: All shipments are F.O.B. Sportsphere.

All Accounts: All accounts are balance due COD. A company or personal cheque will be accepted.

Returned Cheques: All returned cheques will be subject to a $20.00 surcharge, and replacement cheques must be certified.

Refusal of Shipment: If a shipment is refused, the customer will be charged for all shipping and handling charges, along with a 10% restocking charge.

Returns, Damage, Exchanges and Shortages: All claims and exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. All approved returned goods will result in a credit on your account, which can be applied to a future purchase. Garments with numbers, logos, other printing and custom designed uniforms, or with any modification, may not be returned. For exchanges and returns, all applicable freight charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be prepaid. A 10% restocking charge will be applied for all authorized returns and exchanges. Sportsphere maintains the right to inspect returned merchandise to determine whether a replacement or adjustment is valid. We require the following information to correctly apply the credit or exchange: authorization number, invoice number, date of receipt, reason for return, quantity and description.

Sportsphere Warranty

All Sportsphere uniforms are fully guaranteed against material and manufacturing defects. Every effort is made to keep colours as close to Sportsphere's standards as possible. Unfortunately, no known dyeing process can assure a perfect colour match from one dye lot to the next. Sportsphere can guarantee that fabric colours will match within industry standards of variation.
